Job Description
- Design and develop mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery according to project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyses to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical systems.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers to ensure project success.
- Conduct prototype testing, analyze results, and make recommendations for design improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing, procurement, and maintenance teams during the production and installation phases.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Participate in design reviews, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes, and safety guidelines throughout the design and development process.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to address technical issues and provide project updates.
