Job Description
Key Responsibilities:–
Network Support:-
Provide comprehensive network support for biometric, telecom, and IP video surveillance systems.
Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity, performance, and security problems.
Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Technical Troubleshooting :-
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve network issues impacting biometric, telecom, and IP surveillance systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively detect and address potential issues.
Network Security:-
Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
Regularly update and patch network equipment to ensure compliance with security standards.
Qualifications:–
Any Graduates in Electronics / Telecommunications/ Computer field.
Skills:-
Knowledge of networking.
