Job Description


  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing loan products and services offered by the financial institution.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing the financial needs of clients, providing information on available loan options, and generating interest in loan products.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of various loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria to effectively communicate with clients and address their inquiries.
  4. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide updates on loan applications, and address any additional questions or concerns.


  1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
  2. Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial concepts, loan products, and lending processes.
