Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing loan products and services offered by the financial institution.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing the financial needs of clients, providing information on available loan options, and generating interest in loan products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of various loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria to effectively communicate with clients and address their inquiries.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide updates on loan applications, and address any additional questions or concerns.
