Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process ticket bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate travel options, providing information on routes, schedules, fares, and available promotions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, including cancellations, changes, refunds, and rebookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to confirm reservations and resolve any booking discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, fare rules, and travel industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods securely and accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Keep accurate records of ticketing transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation, as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in travel restrictions, visa requirements, and health and safety protocols to provide relevant information to customers.
