Job Description


  1. Process ticket bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Assist customers in selecting appropriate travel options, providing information on routes, schedules, fares, and available promotions.
  3. Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, including cancellations, changes, refunds, and rebookings.
  4. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to confirm reservations and resolve any booking discrepancies.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, fare rules, and travel industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
  6. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods securely and accurately.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service at all times.
  8. Keep accurate records of ticketing transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation, as needed.
  10. Stay informed about changes in travel restrictions, visa requirements, and health and safety protocols to provide relevant information to customers.
